Kaladu

On the way to kakadu we stopped for a leg stretch in Pine Creek , and found the water garden, with lots of bright pink water lillies. We also saw a tree ful of bats/flying foxes, which is what was a making a huge chattering and party noise at night in the caravan park at
Katherine.




Now we are at cooinda caravan park at kakadu. $45 per night! I guess that's what we pay in a major and rather isolated tourist attraction. The van park is grassy and fairly shady, which is a bonus.
