First stop is an outlook onto Walpole inlet, maybe it's coal mine beach?

And now we are at a lookout

We went on a forest walk to see the giant red tingle trees. The biggest is 300 -400 yrs old, and though fire has hollowed it out, it is kept alive by the thin outer shell.

Barry, Phil and Jackie have gone on a tree top walk, but that's not for me! Here's the beginning of it: it gets higher -40 m above the ground!

Now it's raining , and we are waiting for our lunch to come!
Next stop Peaceful Bay -
An extract from the tourist guide:
"wildflowers and birds are abundant in peaceful bay, and a favourite pastime is reading the names of the houses" ???
It was really lovely.

Last stop, conspicuous cliff. Unfortunately it was many many steps down to the beach Phil and Barry did it, however, and walked up steps to another as well ! The ocean was beautiful , green-blue with lots of lovely big waves
