Crossing the Nullabor

Day 1: to Caiguna. In a word, boring. It started with scrubby trees,

And ended up treeless

There were a couple of big trees at our lunch stop

We found an interesting blowhole: it's the air intake for a system of limestone underground caves. At various times it blows out or breathes in. Today it was blowing out very cold air

We travelled a very long stretch of straight road

And Jackie made a nullabor quarantine cake

We also turned all our timepieces on by 45mins.
