Went down the Huon valley today, and saw whole heaps more of different scenery. Several types first apple orchards and some other farming stuff, cattle and sheep and stuff, but lots of apples.
Barry was going to go on the Tahune air walk - get on walk thing that takes you up amongst trees. Drove 28 kms through forest along a winding road and when we got there found it was a 50 minute walk which we decided would be too much for him, so had lunch and came back again. Nice forest to drive through, but pretty taxing on the driver
Went further down the coast to Dover and port esperance, orchards running out almost to the sea. It was really interesting, a wide channel between 2 parts of tasmina, it looked really different, all the way it's mountains, and hills and everything. Tasmania is just full of mountains I think.
Weather is really nice, it gets cold at night but during the day it's been really good at the moment, not too windy or anything.
Bought a kilo of cherries today for $7 - they are at least 2 cm in diameter, and taste wonderful.
