Phone call tonight:
Smoke gone, and not hot anymore. (Both very good things).
Went up west side of Tamar river, up to beauty point, very pleasant. Saw heaps of winerys that looked really ugly with white nets covering all the rows of grapes.
Went back about 1/2 way, over batman brige then up the east side to lowe head. By this time the sun was out and it looked very nice.
Came home and had a rest ... seem to have run out of adrenalin a bit. Hopefully it will return with the excitement of heading for home. It feels like we've already seen this bit (even though we haven't), so things aren't so new and exciting anymore.
