In St Helens tonight.
Went to a lavender farm on the way there, which was very nice even though most of it had been picked.
Lots of up and down and round and round mountains and valleys today between Launceston and the east coast. Lots of farming (dairy cattle), but also some forest.
St Helens is very pretty, a big long bay, with lots of fishing boats and stuff.
Drove out on the northern side to Binalong Bay which has really white sand (which you can see in the google earth picture) and really blue, and then really green water (probably cause of the white sand).
Went out on the southern side of the bay, where there were lots of rusty coloured rocks.
Looked and looked for fish and chips, eventually a caravan opened up at 5:30 just as we thought we wouldn't be able to find any.
