This is pretty much what the country looked like today - pale green spinifex, some bushes, flat with groups of small hills fairly regularly. We passed a number of gas plants &/or mines.
This afternoon we had another experience we haven't had since early in qld - rain! Actually only about 6 drops, and I missed it!
Theres quite a nice river here too: the ashburton.
And a giant flock of hundreds of corellas!
